Do I need to know the document number to order online from Data Tree?
Data Tree now offers a way to locate and retrieve documents through its property search capability. Searching by owner name, property address, Assessors Parcel Number (APN), or legal description, documents can be automatically ordered and delivered directly to the desktop. You can also search by document number for direct, instant access to a particular document.

Will DocEdge.com® save the documents I order?
Your orders are accessible from the My Account section of the site for 24 hours.

When I open an image for viewing, why do I get a blank window with a small red "x"?
The DTViewer ActiveX control is either not installed or you do not have rights on your PC to install the viewer. Contact Customer Support at 800.708.8463 (option 2) for further assistance.

When I try to view a document or report nothing happens?
Make sure all popup blockers are disabled for the DocEdge.com website. Also, add http://www.docedge.com to your trusted sites on the "Security" tab of "Internet Options". Contact Customer Suppport at 800.708.8463 (option 2) for further assistance.
