Now you can instantly access recordings that have not been matched with an assessor record, but may be associated with the property you are searching.
What is an unmatched record?
An unmatched record is a recording that has not been matched to an assessor record. Typically, the record is unmatched due to any of the following reasons:- New construction/New subdivision
- Insufficient information on the document
- APN changes
When conducting a Subject Search, how will I know if a transaciton is unmatched, and what documents and data will I get?
 |
When you conduct a Subject Search by Address or Owner Name, an unmatched transaction will be flagged with "Unmatched" on the Subject List page.

Once you select the unmatched subject, you typically have access to the unmatched deed (last transfer document) and/or mortgage (last finance), and the property information report. The property information report is free of charge and will only contain information keyed from unmatched recorded documents. This information can be used to verify that the document(s) listed are what you need.
